Tweedbreaks Tweed Cottage

Located in the centre of St Boswells this two bedroom two bathroom cottage is luxuriously furnished in traditional style. It comprises a bedroom with a king sized double bed and en-suite shower, a twin bedded room, lounge, dining room , kitchen, bathroom and entrance hall. The property is located on the Crescent in the centre of the village and has a private walled garden at the rear.

The cottage has central heating and there is an open fire in the dining room

Although dating from the early 19th century the cottage has been recently refurbished and has all modern comforts within losing any of it's charm. We have furnished the property as our own home and the cottage contains many personal items including antiques, books and pictures that we cherish. We hope that you will both enjoy and respect these things. There are original fireplaces in the dining room and both bedrooms and a coal effect gas fire in the lounge.

The property has ample car parking immediately outside. There is an additional freezer to store fish and secure storage for both fishing rods and cycles. Field sport enthusiasts may be interested to note that 'Border Gun Room' (shooting and fishing supplies) is a short walk down the street. . Well behaved pets are welcome.

The cottage is equipped with many of the features required for a modern lifestyle and is furnished accordingly. From luxury sofas to the television and video player and Hi-Fi system. There is everything provided to make your stay here feel like home.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dish washer cooker and microwave.

Electricity, heating, towels and bed linen are included in the price.
